Refund policy
If you didn’t love an OFIR product for any reason, we are happy to help make it right. Products returned within 14 calendar days of receiving your order are eligible for a refund, store credit, or exchange, provided they are unused and in their original packaging, unless defective or damaged.
When submitting your return, you’ll have the option to choose:
- Refund – issued to your original form of payment within 7–10 business days once the returned products are received and processed in our facilities.
- Store Credit – receive your refund amount as store credit plus an additional 10% of the purchase price paid for the item, as a thank-you for shopping with us again. Store credit does not expire and is not subject to any fees. Store credit will be issued via email within 7-10 business days once the returned products are received and processed in our facilities.Â
- Exchange- exchange your product for a different shade or color of the same item, subject to availability.
Please click here to start  your return and receive a prepaid shipping label. The carrier for your return will be either USPS or UPS. Once you download the label, you can drop off your package at your nearby location or store.
Refunds or store credits will be issued within 7–10 business days once the products are received and processed in our facilities. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
